For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients. Therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Many times, a simple telephone call will provide clear answers to your concerns. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We are happy to make arrangements for a monthly payment plan prior to actual treatment provided.
We have instituted a new policy at The Mogelof Dental Group. Now can make it easy to pay your balance after insurance has paid their part. It is called EZPAY . We will store your credit card information in our secure encrypted non-internet capable computer.
Balances owed by you that are less than $50 will be charged to your credit card, and a receipt for the charge will be mailed to you. For balances exceeding $50, a statement will be mailed directly to you. This saves you having to write a check and use a stamp to pay your balance. Just see one of our business staff when you are in the office to set up this simple payment method.
