Dental Insurance
Mogelof Dental is in-network with Delta Dental and out-of-network with other dental insurance plans.
If you have out-of-network benefits, we are happy to help you use them. Our team will review your benefits, provide estimates whenever possible, submit claims on your behalf, and help you understand what your plan is expected to contribute toward your care.
Because every policy is different, deductibles, annual maximums, exclusions, and reimbursement levels can vary.
Your insurance benefits are part of the conversation—but they don’t determine what care is right for you. We’ll explain our clinical recommendations first, then help you understand how your benefits apply.
Payment
We ask that your estimated portion be paid at the time of service.
For your convenience, we accept:
- Major credit and debit cards
- Cash
- Checks
For treatment involving a larger investment, financing options may also be available to help spread payments over time.
