Appointments
We feel that our patients deserve to be treated in an unhurried setting. Therefore, we provide care for our patients one at a time. We do not believe in overbooking appointment times with the doctors. Please call us in advance to reserve your personalized appointment date and time. We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep your reserved date and time, please notify the office immediately.

Recare
Recare is extremely important. The relationship between our patients’ dental and medical health has been published worldwide. The mouth is often an indicator of health problems. Seeing our patients at specific intervals allows us to monitor their health and diagnose problems at early stages. As a service, our practice will remind you to schedule these visits by mail and phone. Make your oral health your priority.
Don’t forget to update changes in address, phone numbers, medical history and insurance coverage at your next visit.
Payment Policy
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal check. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. As a courtesy to you, we will gladly submit treatment and fees to your insurance company.
Our office can also submit a pre-determination so you are aware of benefits available to you. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage.
